The job
You will be the first product-focused engineering hire, working with the CTO to turn proven operating workflows into a fast, dependable product.
What you will own
- The guest journey from search and hotel selection through payment and confirmation.
- The hotel-facing controls for releasing rooms, setting prices and managing availability.
- Internal tools that turn operational exceptions into clear, manageable workflows.
- Product quality, performance and instrumentation across the booking funnel.
First six months
- Ship a polished booking flow from last-minute search to confirmed stay.
- Build the hotel room-release workflow around the first live integrations.
- Instrument the funnel so product decisions use evidence rather than instinct.
- Turn recurring manual exceptions into clear internal product tools.
What we are looking for
- A strong product engineer who can work across frontend and product-facing backend systems.
- Experience shipping transactional products or operationally complex customer journeys.
- High standards for interaction design without losing speed or commercial judgement.
- Comfort working directly with customers, hotel partners and a small founding team.
